I know this question has been asked before, but I would love to see some statistics on this. So I have two part question for you. (For hangers only of course)

1. Do you take rest days? And if so, how often?

2. How long have you been hanging, and how much have you gained?

I would like to see if there is a big difference in gains between the hangers who take breaks, and those that generally do not.

1. No rest days, I really think with hanging it needs to be done everyday or at least wear a ads on off days.

2. Iv only started hanging consistently for the last month or two, I haven’t measured so can’t answer this question at the moment.

Maybe you do want to start a poll, to get statistics? (Just an hint).

Ya I was actually thinking about that. Have to put some thought into how to set that up. I have never done that before.

Where did you hear about wearing an ADS on off days? I’d like to read about it.

1. I hang 5 days a week and generally take the weekends off (sometimes I hang on Saturday but that is once in a while).

2. I have been hanging for 9-10 months and have gained 0.80”.

My main angle of focus during this time was SD and SO but I just started hanging BTC for the past month and my gains seem to have jump-started again. We will see the next time I measure though.
