Well guys I don’t know if it’s to soon but I have been wearing the golf weights as much as possible when home. I put the wrap and golf weights on and try to get in an hour or so. I stay wrapped for hours and then hang. I even try to put the golf weights on in between sets. When I hang I leave one or two of the golf weights on. Any way this change in my routine has shown a much improved flaccid hang and no turtleing.

I think the golf weights are the ticket. I have problem with consistency on hanging as family activities get in the way so I’ll wear 5 rings all day and evening. I hang whenever possible. I’ve seen nice flaccid gains but whats encouraging is my bpel is up also. I wrap not to tight, just enough to keep the rings on. I unwrap when I have to urinate as I hate to take a chance on to much pressure blowing out my urethra. I hurts like hell and I don’t like the sight of blood in my urine. I heals quick but why take a chance on infection.
