Well guys I don’t know if it’s to soon but I have been wearing the golf weights as much as possible when home. I put the wrap and golf weights on and try to get in an hour or so. I stay wrapped for hours and then hang. I even try to put the golf weights on in between sets. When I hang I leave one or two of the golf weights on. Any way this change in my routine has shown a much improved flaccid hang and no turtleing.
