I was thinking that the most effective way in time and abuse to your “unit” for length gains seems to be hanging, then using an ADS to help the micro-tears that you have caused by hanging to heal in there longest state. I will hang for 3 20min. sessions w/ as much weight as I feel comfortable with, then wear my PM for about 4-5hrs. a day(maybe more if time permits). This is gonna be my complete routine for the next month. I will keep you guys up to date on the progress,or lack there of.
I just need my new TPS hanger to come in,cause my bib hanger that I made is too small in dia. for my girth.
I dont want to throw the kitchen sink at it,then I will have no idea whats working, but I do feel that hanging w/o the ADS will give me a lot less in return.. I know I`m a newbie,but thinking outside the box isnt too bad. Maybe its in the box, but its all new to me. :spin2: :spin2: :spin2:

Very easy.. Get a little pulley from your local hardware store, get a hook, screw it into your ceiling with a toggle bolt if your going into drywall, then hang the pulley from it, slide some light rope through the pulley, hang your weight from one end, hang your dick from the other. Simple…

One thing I need to emphasize to you fellow ADS/hangers out there and that is you need to try and use your ADS long enough to exceed your normal healing time cycle. That might be 100 hours or 20 if your immune system is cranking. How many hours you can get away with without anything on is what you have to access for yourself. The point is to get maximum effectiveness you never want to allow enough time lapse for healing to take place without anything on. I don’t use any traction or anything while I’m sleeping but that is the longest period of time I try to allow for no stretching from anything. First thing in the morning I load up and I try to keep them on ALL day.

Well, I do have a picture of very low quality from my early days but it won’t be released. I have not done any comparative pictures.
