I realize the potential for danger in any project done while sleeping. Here’s an analogy: there have been only a handful of times in my life when I have driven drunk and I actually drive slower because I lose a certain killer instinct awareness when I’m under the influence. I would never recommend anyone drive drunk, although if there was no law against it I still would because I am actually a better driver when slightly drunk because I become intimidated to drive fast - as hard as that is for all to believe. I don’t do potentially risky maneuvers when driving drunk - or high.
Recommending an ADS to sleep with is not easy because I realize there are a few who will ignore the instruction to keep the wrap and strap LOOSE because the normal instinct to wear an ADS would be to secure the wrap and strap tightly, like in hanging.
All I can say is that this ADS is unconventionally safe but ignoring the simplest instruction can be a big mistake when sleeping. Those who try any PE excercise must be mature enough to be aware of all potential dangers involved and when I lay down instructions, I assume a certain degree of maturity from members of this website to discern what may happen if they veer from those instructions.
