Ok I want everone to listen up here for a min. I was a lurker here for 4 months before I scurried enough $ away from other things to get a bib hanger. And I have been using in on and off over the past year. On the average 3 times a week 30min each side L/R using 15 lbs swung over the arm of an arm chair. Yes it got old quick and I didnt do it EVERY DAY and I had other things to do and never got around to doing it as much as I should have but let me tell you. I just measured Monday morn and I have gained a TRUE inch - YES ONE WHOLE INCH. Not much by standards but heck I was 6-1/4 all my life , now it 7-1/4 HELL YEAH!!! I will keep it going and with more frequency now for sure.

That is truly great. But I have a question. Do you mean above that you only hung for three hours per week?

As you continue on, you will probably have to put in more time, as you said. But the good thing is, you got really good gains with not too much time invested. Hopefully that will continue, but do not get discouraged if it does not.

Yes on an average I would say that is correct. Some weeks more some weeks less. But I have a renewed energy for PE now and I am incorporating DLD’s original routine into my routine with my “Bib”ing routine

CTMWM I’m having troubles with wrapping and hanging. I got the Bib only on Wed. Do you have any suggestions for getting started. I know this is experimentation time for me but I’m getting alittle pissed off trying to get it right. Please tell me, when you stretch can you feel the Bib griping into your sides or is it now comfortable. I find it hard to believe that the Bib hanger can get more comfortable as everything that I have tried is not comfortable. I feel the Hanger griping into my sides and the skin between base and hanger stretching. Today when I tried to hang I could not feel any pulling at all. Just feels like the skin stretching. I’m aware I must keep on experimenting but I just can’t seem to find a reference point to start from . Have you any suggestions?

I’m also a newbie hanger, just got my hanger about a week or so ago. I had absolutely no luck with the wrap. I have just said screw the wrap and attach the hanger directly to the snake and everything is fine. In the instructions it says to pull th skin all the way back but I have had much better luck pulling the skin all the way forward. Seems to grip my penis better and stay on longer. The bib hanger rocks! You will figure it out just be patient and you will start getting good stretches.

Can you stretch comfortably with your hand? If so, simply try to replicate the position of your hand with the hanger. This includes the wrap and adjustments.

Was able to gasp penis but was only effective without the theraband. Have hanger on right now and placed it alittle further back towards the base. I am feeling no skin stretch at present and when I feel the sides at base, on either side about mid way down I can feel possibly a small rod or vein. They are both under slight tension but I am not feeling any kind of distinguishable pull that I would have thought to be lig pull. This set I no theraband on just a cotton banbage about 21” long. THIS Is my 2nd set this evening. MAYBE I’m onto something.

You will get it right with time. Also take into account that some skin stretch is necessary for growth to take place. Keep going at lower weights and when you feel it is always comfortable SLOWLY increase it.

GmJ you’ll get the hang of it. I’m on my third day and it’s been great right from the start. I use the Therawrap and wrap with just a slight amount of pressure, just enough so that the wrap doesn’t move very much, but will move. Also, tighten until the “teeth” of the spongy part are just inside each other.

Also, try to get as much blood out of the head as you can, really helps..LOL

ctmwm, have you noticed any gains in girth at either the midshaft, or the base?


Struggling with a peyronies injury during sex and loss of size after having been into PE.

I cant

say I have seen any major Girth Gains, I feel that there has been some but I to be honest didnt measure girth or if I did I didnt record it last year. Too bad, I guess I was just totally hept up on length. I think I’m going to start looking into making better girth gains as length seems to be doing ok for now.
