I have been hanging from almost a month and I didn’t saw any gains.Unfortunately I measured less than normal.After a few days off I measured again and guess what.Before my max squeezed EL was 7,5” but now, it is almost a 8 fucking inches:) I cannot explain how happy I am and I want to thank all the great wise people in these forums:)

Oh and I want to ask you - a few days ago a white spot just came up in the base of my penis.What is this?Could it be a so called lig pop?I don’t really know what this is so could you please tell me?And is it good?::)

THe white spot is probably an ingrown hair. Does it look like a zit (pimple)? Regardless, it is certainly not a lig pop (even if you pop your zit :D ).

Congrats on the gains. Did you do the newbie routine before you started hanging?

Also, what’s up with your signature? Does 6,10” mean six and ten-sixteenths?

Just guessing, I agree the white spot could be a pimple.

Lig pops, or ligament pops occur during extreme stretching when you feel and almost hear a pop near the base of your penis where the ligament attaches. Usually they occur during downward stretching.

Well my history of PEing is from September 2004 when I’ve found this great site.For the first 5 months I’ve been doing the newbie routine, after that I’ve moderated it a little bit and now from 3 weeks and few days I am in hanging business.It is kind a more time consuming exercise, but it helped me to break that “wall” which I have reached.
My routine isn’t something complicated - 3 sets of 15 mins (planning to do it 20mins) upward hanging, 2 hours of ADS with my Captains wench device.And that’s all!

Hello unknown_user. Your routine is very similar to my own so I am curious to know how things have progressed since you last posted. Also, how much weight are you hanging?

A question to other forum members who responded regarding the ‘white spots’; I too have experienced these and they seem to fit the description given, also I hang SD with a lot of skin stretch at the base of the penis. However, I have them in clusters (about 12 in total), is this anything to get concerned about?
