Ok, I’ll ask then.

I just entered spring break. I unfortunately chunked a mid-term in Persuasion theory. Opps! Oh well! Though I can still get an “A” by doing some extra credit projects and working my balls off. So I know have a whole week of near zero interupption to hang with.

My First question is about the starter vs the regular. I own both and will start with the starter really. Is there any advantage of skin stretching faster or targeting different positions by switching between the hangers if you are a certain size? What I mean is say I am big and comfortable enough to use the regular, but thought of using the smaller device to target just skin stretch cause it places tension on a smaller area (covers less surface area or some shit, I hate Math!).

What do you think about the moving up to hanging for an hour straight AFTER you are experienced like Biguli does on Pe Forum? Isn’t this closer to the way you actually did this Bib?

I saw some guys rotate the weights by doing a holla hoop like circular motion. Would this be like a super fast switching it up and divide and conquer? If So the speed and momentum would work in theory faster or more intense than normal hanging? Requiring less time or duration? It is like changing the axis point of the root of the member I assume with every rotation. Then would you have to go both clockwise and counter-clockwise too to make sure one direction isn’t being imbalanced? (I suck at physics too!)

What if you trued to kegal during this roation? Would it benbeficial, difficult like patting your head and rubbing your belly, or of no effect in theory?

What about like conditioning the feeling of having the hanger on. What I mean by this is say you are standing up right with the hanger and weight on and you have a stool or chair that is underneath you by being strattled. You have the weight on their and do like “little pull ups with your pee-pee. LIke Dick ups would this be a way to target the keagle effect for beginners. Real light weights I am talking about like under 5, more like 1 to 3 in my mind.

For me, the hangers feel different. Stresses are somewhat different. But I can do about the same things with either one. I don’t like this question, my head hurts. Next question.

For me, when I hung, just the action of stretching also stretche the vessels which decreased the vessel carrying capacity and therefore lowered blood flow. So to be safe, I always tried to keep my sets below twenty minutes. Other guys have much longer sets. Of course, if color and temp are fine, and obviously there is good blood flow, there should be no problem with longer sets. But you really have to watch it.

If you mean spinning around, don’t they get dizzy? The centrifical force will increase the stress. Oh, hola hoop. Like just the hips. Yeah, that can get intense. I used to bounce and/or swing while hanging BTC. That is something. It does add effective stress to the weight. Yes, divides and conquers somewhat also. Seems to help with blood flow also.

I never tried that. Might be tough.

Yes, I used to do this. I could pull up ten lbs. slightly. Had to work up to that. You can do it hanging over the edge of a chair with a long seat.

I love my over-education! While learning is nice and fufilling, it allows for a man is in his near late 20s to see a ton of hot girls. I always have ulterior motives, I guess I am a conspirator at heart.

Normal Street Drugs do bore me. It is so plebian in nature. I do play my own psycho-pharmacist though. St. John’s Wort and SAMe plus 5htp. The last two make seratonian and help you rest up. Tryptophan is the precursor of 5htp that is in milk. Kind of how crude oil is split into other types of desired fuels. That’s why a glass of warm milk is good for sleeping. It is also good for headaches and other fun stuff.

About the hoola-hoop swinging maybe I just imagined that and offered the credit (blame) to others. Damn random thoughts must cut back on the supplements. I think I had it confused with the people who swing back and forth from the pengilum like motion or drop the weight. Ouch!

Will take it slow and watch carefully before any dick gymnastics with weights. I just know it would fly off and hit me in the head and my parents would find me naked and dead and it would make the rotten news or newsfilter. That’s Jelktoid’s area of publicity hound not mine.
