I think you need the get bpfsl gains before you see bpel gains. Every hanger,who has hung for a while would have a longer bpfsl than bpel. Am I wrong? I believe bib is referring to bpfsl being longer than erect. I think targeting the ligs with btc makes future tunica work so much easier. Hitting the ligs is like starting at the gym and becoming good at the deadlift, squat, chin ups, bench press- it is vital for long term success. SO and OTS are like bicep curls, triceps pushdown etc, they put the icing on the cake once the fundamentals (ligs) are nailed.
