Switching Angles of Attack

Ok, but Bib (Bigger) mainly got flaccid gains from this if I’m not mistaken. He still is longer flaccid than erect. If you are looking for a bigger erect penis it seems like you should attack the tunica and not the ligs. Am I wrong?

I started hanging btc some days ago. I use a vac hanger and noticed that although that it feels conforatble my penis is squeeying. I raelly don’t know how to describe better. Think like you squeeze a sponge. It happens because because the weights I use are turning left and right while the are hanging. Hope you all understood and you have a good solution. Also please reply if anyone noticed something like that or if it affects gains

I think its a combination. The lig’s don’t only effect flaccid, and I now it, because I’m gaining at a cyclic rate and my main course of attack is the ligaments. I am going to keep hanging BTC for another couple months and see what type of gains I get because switching between SO and BTC gives me no fatigue.

Rule one is stick with what works. Your almost an inch longer, KEEP GOING! BTC is apparently very important. I might return to it soon.

When I hang BTC I start to get soreness below skin as I described before, quite aggravating. I feel as if there was some way to apply heat more through out the day I might be able to get over this problem. Firegoat posted in a thread once to use those handwarmers, but that may get expensive since hanging is for the long run.

I wish I knew more about electronics, could somehow fit a mini-heating pad in the front end of my boxers and plug it into a pocket battery that I could recharge.

I think you need the get bpfsl gains before you see bpel gains. Every hanger,who has hung for a while would have a longer bpfsl than bpel. Am I wrong? I believe bib is referring to bpfsl being longer than erect. I think targeting the ligs with btc makes future tunica work so much easier. Hitting the ligs is like starting at the gym and becoming good at the deadlift, squat, chin ups, bench press- it is vital for long term success. SO and OTS are like bicep curls, triceps pushdown etc, they put the icing on the cake once the fundamentals (ligs) are nailed.

Manual stretchers (the majority here) don’t work on the same principles and still get good results. Why would it be easier to get tunica gains if the ligs are stretched and why is this only applicable for hanging? It’s like nobody should gain from v-stretching until they have done BTC stretching for 6-24 months.

Haha you are a crack up. It doesn’t look that big on a 260 lb bodybuilders frame! And you aren’t far back anyway, in a year you’ll be as long as me for sure.

Soreness below the skin, meaning by the base? Lotion helped me with that, I hate that feeling. To help with your heating issue, an infrared lamp (be careful) a space heater (better choice) or a simple heating pad can all work.

Yes by the base, right above the inner shaft. It’s not skin, the pain comes between the pelvic bone and skin.

I currently am using a heating pad, I wish there was a way to apply heat through out the day I am saying ie at work.

At a bare minimum, we attack the ligs every day to allow proper deformation. Simple stressors 2 days on one day off allow ligs to be broken down and rebuilt. Following, when you think about how most stretches work, your really only exercising the outer penis, right? I mean, the area that your pushing down has counter force because of ligaments toward your pelvic bone, and if you had already deformed your suspensory ligs and more cock is showing, than you are putting stress on more shaft allowing gains on tunica areas that wouldn’t be effected if they were still existing on your inner penis.

That sounds gnarly. According to bib that is either when you should switch angles, or stop for the day, depending on how bad it hurts. This would be the rarest occurrence ever, but it is possible for them to just well, totally release and “tear” so to speak.
