Swinging weights for quicker length gains? Iron Crotch seems to think so!

I did a little research on google, looking for anything I could find on Iron Crotch/99 Power Practice/Penis Qigong/Jiu jiu shen gong because I felt that it would lead to futhur hanging enlightment and I found this very interesting video on YouTube.

It’s interesting in this video clip how the Grandmaster Tu (or whatever his name is) says the fastest way to getting longer is too hang weights. Also the one important difference I noticed in how they hang weights is they actually swing them back and forth for there whole set. Could this make a difference in hanging and quicker gains? I don’t feel it coud make that much a difference? Maybe swinging the weights causing what we here call fatigue to kick in much quicker so quicker gains?

None the less, this is a pretty funny clip and these guys are amazing with what they can do. BBC puts out excellent news reports hehe.

I have always swung the weights, but I do it in more of a circular motion.

Cool. Let us know if you get some gains this way. :)

Be advised some guys here have incurred injury from swinging the wgt while hanging.

I think it is possible that swinging helps because the rhythmic motion causes relaxation of the supportive tissue.

I read a article that these dudes can break ice blocks with there highly trained dicks. So if your going to break a ice block I imagine it would take a erect dick not a flaccid dick. ;) Pretty hardcore if you ask me.

That’s a good thought mravg, maybe that would help. Sleeping or meditation might help with that as well. Of course sleeping while hanging is really risky for anyone and I don’t recommend it even though I’ve done it with low weights while hanging ;) .

Swinging definately helps fatigue faster and better. I don’t think I have ever reached fatigue without swinging.

The guy in that video hung 150 KG’s from his dick!! That is unbelievable. I would like to know how they wrap/attach their hangers so that they can do that stuff without ripping their skin off.

Are you kidding? I can only lift 25 kg with both my arms when doing bench press and do leg press of 90 kg.
Wouldn’t 150 kg cause the penis to be snapped into two?

Well 150kg would be about 330.6 lbs
