Swinging weights for quicker length gains? Iron Crotch seems to think so!
I did a little research on google, looking for anything I could find on Iron Crotch/99 Power Practice/Penis Qigong/Jiu jiu shen gong because I felt that it would lead to futhur hanging enlightment and I found this very interesting video on YouTube.

It’s interesting in this video clip how the Grandmaster Tu (or whatever his name is) says the fastest way to getting longer is too hang weights. Also the one important difference I noticed in how they hang weights is they actually swing them back and forth for there whole set. Could this make a difference in hanging and quicker gains? I don’t feel it coud make that much a difference? Maybe swinging the weights causing what we here call fatigue to kick in much quicker so quicker gains?
None the less, this is a pretty funny clip and these guys are amazing with what they can do. BBC puts out excellent news reports hehe.
