Swinging the weights?

I have recently gotton into hanging as part of the post operative care from my penis enlargement surgery. Dan Salas, the guy in charge of post op for the doctor has advised me to swing the weights while I hang for an even more intense stretch. Has anyone here done this before? I tried it out and it did seem to stretch me in ways I have never experienced before.

I do it because it definitely increases the peak pull and just plain feels good too.

That was talked about MANY MOONS AGO. Some people discovered it for themselves. I think someone asked Bib here or at the Pe Forum and he responded. I don’t recall what was said really, just that someone brought it up before.

Be careful to not hurt yourself. A weight coming loose and smacking your foot, primarily.

Yes, I’ve tried it. Swinging does cause a good stretch but it causes variable force on the skin and can cause

marking/brusing/blood spots/pain. I could never swing hang over 12 pounds without problems.

Getting into a push-up position and doing the helicopter for a while works well.

I am not a consistent hanger but the weights I made allow me to do pendulum swings.

1. Do some clockwise swings.
2. Then some front to back.( I swing as far as possible without weight jumps or that short snapping tug)
3.do some counter clockwise.

There is no rhyme or reason to any of these I just do these, I also do swings in a cross motion and all these feel to be working, mostly all these help fight boredom of standing around with a bunch of weight hangin from your dick.

When swinging the weights, just use common sense and don’t over-do it. Position yourself so you are always able to grab the weights quickly if you feel too much pull/strain. Like others mentioned, swinging hits a multitude of areas; more than jsut uni-directional hanging.

I have this super-bowlegged walk that I have to do so that I don’t take any chunks out of my knees or shins. Ha ha.

This is some funny shit. PEers are so alike. I’ve gotten the same complaint plus more. Trying to walk around the house dangling 15 pounds without taking out your knees is a vision only a PEer’s spouse can truly appreciate. 8-ball: Love the new avatar: Man, talk about synchronicity. It seems you are about the third or fourth person I’ve heard this from in just the last few days. Last weekend during one of my hangathons I was just thinking how fatigued my sus ligs feel after three one hour sets of swinging only 10 pounds. You can put your hands on the ligs just at the base of the shaft and feel how this swing stresses them. On the upswing the ligs under the scrotum get all the force and on the downswing the ligs at the dorsal base jet out like tree-trunks. I think locoloco or someone was asking about this on the MV review, but I haven’t gotten back to him yet. Crash was also telling me about this, which he probably got from Salas as well, and the other night I was talking to MB then later to Sparkyx about the very same thing. Of course swinging weights is nothing new. Bib used to talk about swinging them forward, back side to side and even in a circular motion. But now with the recent improvements to hanging in more comfort where sets can last hours rather than minutes, this swing-fatigue factor is much more noticeable. Of course it is too early to tell, in my case anyway, but it just seems logical to me that this will really build base girth.

More tidbits on swinging weights. Talking again with sparkyx on this matter, the most stress is applied to the fulcrum point. After swinging forward and back, side to side in deep swings, on the upswing grab your dick in your fist and bring the bending point up to mid shaft, now repeat the forward, side to side and circles, then drop your grip again on the up swing and let the swing go back full. I’ve been repeating this for a three hour period daily with only 10 pounds and the fatigue is outstanding. I’m sure this will prove to be productive in flaccid length and base girth. My gut feelings on whether or not something will bring gains has been pretty good in the past and I have a very strong feeling that this kind of routine will work. Erect gains, I’ll just have to see to believe, so far I’m still sceptical.

One word of caution, be careful with these deep swings. The hose popped off my vacuum hanger yesterday and I slung 10 pounds of lead across the room. Luckily no one was hurt, but the cat hid under the bed all day.

Glad to see you gave it a try.

One note here, I believe there is a huge difference between swinging flaccid, and swinging partially erect.

This is the main difference between vacuum hangers and regular hangers.

Everyone has always said that you should never hang with even a partial erection, I’m assuming this is because it greatly decreases or pinches off the blood flow to the glans. With regular hangers, this is already the weak point, so any further decrease can be real trouble.

With VACUUM hangers ( what BG and I have been using) I believe a partial erection is PREFERRED!

[When you get an erection with a vacuum hanger, it IMPROVES circulation ( in my opinion). The only thing you have to be careful for is to make sure you are not so erect that the penis “kinks” instead of bending. That could cause injury.]

Now when you swing the wts, you are actually combining partial erect bends with hanging, and it will really expand the area of the pivot point.

Therefore the recent discussion I had with BG to use your grip to move the pivot point up and down the shaft as desired.

Without the erection, you really won’t get the same results…think in terms of flaccid bends…? Doesn’t work.

I am beginning to suspect that if you are trying for length primarily, an erection will cause the wt needed to achieve that to go up, that is to say when you hang with an erection, it becomes more resistent to longitudinal plastic deformation.

That probably can be compensated for by increased time. ( any comment yet BG?).

I’m finding it a great way to get girth, but increases the force needed for length.

Good to see you sparky. But shame on you for not having your stats in the PE Data Site. Means I have to ask you what your stats are. So, what are they? And more importantly, what magnitude of gains do you attribute to erect weight swinging? BTW, have you seen this thread?

Yeah I just read that today…thanks for the acknowledgement!

I have been in forced retirement for several months. First a lymphatic clogging problem, coupled with some weird pressure induced eczema that brought my PE to a screeching halt.

Second, I decided no more porn by myself. If my gal wants to pop in a tape while she works me over…great! Other than that, I have cut it out.

This has resulted in me mostly staying away from here, other than a quick pop in to check my mail.

Lately I have the skin and lymph thing back under control so I have started back up with some PE.

I have come to some revelations about how to do it productively, but I really want to see if I’m right before I begin to shoot my mouth off about it.

That will be proven by real growth. As far as size, before I had to stop I was up to 8” BPEL and almost 6” girth. I lost about 1/4 ” length and about that in girth also.

I can say that before I had to stop, erect wt swing with a vacuum hanger gave me my easiest, quickest girth gains…at the base, than anything else ever.

It seems to be rapidly bringing back what I lost.

The other positive thing is that is seems to do very little tissue damage, so I can do it daily and see positive PIs.

Things like clamping and pumping rapidly put me into negative PIs, so I have to show a lot of disciple and really be scientific in their usage.

For example, I am starting back into some clamping and started with 60 seconds once a day! This is mostly to begin to condition the blood vessels for the pressure.

After one week I am now up to 2 sets of 2 minutes…and its already starting to decrease my nite wood!!!

The vacuum hanging, I have been doing 1 set of 5 minutes at 5 lbs…3 times a day. I have been making really good gains toward my old girth…and nite wood has been fantastic!

With the added clamping, and already its a little too much. I should either go back to 2 minutes /day or do the 2X2 every other day.

I’m of the mind that frequent lesser forces are probably best in the long run.

Anyway, I’ve got a lot to say, seeing how I’ve had a lot of time to think about this stuff….but I’ll save it for another time.
