Hey guys, I just finished my first month of hanging after a 1 month deconditioning break- here’s the results.

My BPEL increased from 7.1 to 7.25 (I know in my old sig and a couple other posts I said 7.2, but thats because I was using a ruler that would bend when I bone pressed it and would add .1 to my measurements- got a new one that doesn’t bend).

Girth suprisingly went up from barely getting 5.1 to getting 5.25 easily which is awesome!

BPFSL went from 7.6 to 7.85. However I lost .1 during decon break so net gains were .15.

I’m stoked about the new gains, only .25 in both directions will knockout my current goal of 7.5 x 5.5!

I would also like to give a big thank you to all the guys here that have helped me so far in my PE adventures. Since I keep the PE secret, I don’t really get a chance to tell anyone how badass and helpful this site and it’s members are. Best of luck to all of yall as well.

SheLovesIt, for the entire month I hanged around 5.75-6 pounds (I use a bungee cord). Each set was 15 minutes long and I did 5 sets everyday except the last week I could only fit in 4 days worth of hanging due to final exams and essays and all that bullshit.

Altogether I hanged for 31.25 hours last month. Also did some jelqing for 10 minutes every other day and wore an ADS all the time. Btw, I hang in an SO position.

I was happy because my gains came consistently and that, I feel, is one of the most important things in PE-establishing a routine that gives consistent results. I’m going to up the weight to 7.5 this month and see if my gains remain consistent.

Your post is inspiring as I am currently a little over two weeks into my new hanging routine. (I have never done it before in the distant past) My routine is basically what you did or still do. Although I am usually hanging for 3-4 fifteen minute sets.

Cool man, I know you probably hear this a lot, but it’s true; consistency is key. I figure I’ll be hanging for another 6 months before I reach my length goals, so it requires a lot of devotion too.

Thanks folks for all the support. Just for yall’s info I started hanging 7.5 pounds last Sunday and brought my BPFSL up to 7.95! That’s .1 in 7 days (8.75 hours of hanging)!

If I can keep at this pace it’ll be like 3 months until I reach my goal. Holy shit that’d be awesome.

Those are very impressive gains! I am very happy for you that 6 - 7.5 lbs is doing it. IMO this supports a less-is-more approach.
After over a year of hanging 5 or 6 sets at 15-20 lbs and recieving very slow gains (on the order of 1/16 ” every couple of months) I am starting to question if heavy hanging is working against me. I recently tried a 3-4 week heavy shock routine and have lost 1/4” BPFSL and 1/8” BPEL. For over a month now I have been retracted. Now, after hanging 15-20 lbs SO & 10 - 12.5 OTS in a normal routine I get retracted. That did not happen before the shock routine. From what I understand about ligament healing, retraction is normal but I think that I have damaged too many fibers and the retraction is now working against me. I am wondering if I have strengthened my ligs and tunica whereas I could have been stretching them.
My advise is to avoid the temptation to go heavier if you are making decent gains. In writing this I now have a theory about my situation. Maybe the shock routine broke my limiting factors. Hopefully my current retraction problem is simply due to overtraining and by hanging lighter weights I will recover my previous gains and start moving forward again.

Yea, sounds to me like those ligs got stronger. If I was you I would take a deconditioning break for atleast a month or two to get your dick weak again. Then you can start hanging light weights and slowly work your way up. Are you wearing an ADS?

I’m a little pissed off at my dick right now though. I measured at 7.95 this morning and after my hanging session and ADS throughout the day I’m at about 7. 85 again. I’m assuming that the hanging session caused me to retract a bit. I’ll measure in the morning and see if I’m back to 7.95.

Is clamping and hanging in the same day a bad idea? I have heard bg say to go for length than girth. I have been doing 60 min of BTC hanging @ 7.5lbs and 40 min of double clamp clamping. Is this going to stop my gains in length? I hope to have the length gains that many of you like Ocelot McHuge have had along with my girth gains

Current stats are
BPEL 7.0
EG 5.0

Current goal is
BPEL 8.5
EG 6.25

From what I have read on this board, it seems best to get most of your length (hanging in this case) before girth. So, this is what I’m doing. I did do both for the first week I began clamping, but my dick really didn’t care too much for it. (Discomfort due to prior hanging sessions) Once I’m satisfied with length, then I will focus on girth.

It’s best to get length before girth. This is because it would take more force (weight) to stretch out a thicker unit. I don’t know from experience, but so far Thunder’s hasn’t let me down, so I’m going to listen to the vet’s on this one.

BTW, measured this morning and I was back to 7.95, guess that my hanging session does cause some minor retraction.
