Swapping to hanging

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for total of 4 months, but during two different time periods, and I have not seen any legitimate gains. So instead of keeping doing those exercises that doesn’t do shit I’m going to start hanging.

What I’m wondering is: At what angle do you hang? Do you vary the angle? I’ve tried to find info on this all over thunders but I can’t find it. There’s gotta be more detailed instructions somewhere about HOW to do a session for successfull growth.

I really hope hanging will do the trick for me. The fact that newbie routine didn’t get me anywhere is actually devastating for me because I really believed in it. I just hope hanging won’t be another dissapointed.

Sorry the Newb routine didn’t work for you. A more intense manual routine may still work, though, like Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

Regarding hanging angles, there is no consensus on what works best. It varies from guy to guy. I got my length gains by hanging between-the-cheeks almost exclusively. Others have made great gains doing straight-out or straight-down or otherwise. I would recommend choosing the hanging angle that is most convenient to you — the one that you think will enable you to actually stick a hanging program consistently. That is what’s most important for making gains.

Do BTC hanging man, Thats where the majority of people get there gains. And even isolated BTC, Left Side, Right Side, etc.
