Swapping to hanging
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for total of 4 months, but during two different time periods, and I have not seen any legitimate gains. So instead of keeping doing those exercises that doesn’t do shit I’m going to start hanging.
What I’m wondering is: At what angle do you hang? Do you vary the angle? I’ve tried to find info on this all over thunders but I can’t find it. There’s gotta be more detailed instructions somewhere about HOW to do a session for successfull growth.
I really hope hanging will do the trick for me. The fact that newbie routine didn’t get me anywhere is actually devastating for me because I really believed in it. I just hope hanging won’t be another dissapointed.
