super sore
I have been hanging pretty heavy lately coupled with pumping right after my last hanging set. this has left me very very sore. My last hanging day, i was unable to finish my second set @17.5 lbs so i went down to 12 to finish that set and on my last set it seemed 12lbs was too much for me. My soreness is felt whenever i stretch my penis and when i am semi hard and do a kegel (above my lot) i feel soreness, this is the tunica correct? what should i do now? should i continue hanging at 12lbs until my soreness is worked out or should i keep on at 17.5? thanks
