Where is the proof? Someone says the second picture is from the 60’s before photoshop. So what is the conclusion? What about the person that saw a video no TV about the tribe with 15"+ hanging?

An old photo can be photoshopped as easily as a new one.

He said he saw the photo in the 60’s magazine, or back in the 60’s that was his Dad’s. That is what I meant in how can it be photoshopped unless time-travel backwards in time is being done for PE photos? :)

I understand that. The reason I lean for the claim to be true at least for some tribe is because I watched a video, which I think was on ebaumsworld, and it had an African-aboriginal looking man who rolled up a very long penis around a stick. He kept stretching his penis and then made another loop around the stick. I don’t know if his penis was functional, but it was definitely extremely elastic and long. Maybe the video is still on there. I will have a look. I have not been to that site in years.
