Didn’t BIB supposedly hang for four hours a day? If so, didn’t somone on here say that if you hang too much you could overstress your junk and not get results?

and I was wondering if you hung for four hours, wouldn’t that yield better results than hanging 1 hour a day, because it is in the extended state for a longer period of time…

also, wasn’t there some type of formula for results, so many hours equals and inch of gain…

I'm sure it's been said. I think it generally relates to hanging sets for too long. As long as you keep your sets less than 20 minutes, you should be ok.

In my opinion it is. Just remember, if you hang any considerable amount of weight, it's imperative to take breaks every 20 minutes.

If there is, it's not accurate. Everyone gains differently.

Might be OK as long as you don't use much weight. Check out Peforeal's GOLF WEIGHTS & HANGING for an example of extended hanging with smaller weight.

Not in my experience. I think hanging more weight for shorter amount of intervals in more effective. However, this is what works for me, it might be different for you. Best way to find out is to try each.

Everyone is different. You have to figure out what works best for your body/cock.

Just because it worked for Bib, doesn’t mean it’s gonna work for you. Most people who attempt to copy Bib’s routine will most likely injure themselves.

Consider this analogy:

In his competitive heyday, Arnold worked out twice a day, six days a week. That’s a grand total of 4 hours per day. If the *average*person attempted this (even on roids), the end result would be frustration, little or no gains, overtraining and burnout.
