Straight out hanging fatigue

I have been experimenting with straight out hanging for the last week, I set up a pulley which works great but I have always hung SD and BTC but have had a spare bit of time lately so thought I’d try SO.

I always get fatigue with BTC so I know I have done enough after 45-60 minutes, but with SO I feel nothing after an hour. Am I suppose to feel fatigue at this angle or not? Sorry for the newbie question but I’m confused :)

I think and I am only a 2.5 month hanger/stretcher that when you stretch/hang SO your internals split the force when you do it down the ligs?? Take more of the stress and when up the tunica take the stress more? I just know I am having to stretch with my bib 3 hours a day till I get fatigue and I am gaining. I have not measured in 2 weeks but I was 4.75 erect NBP on april 20 2009 and last time I measured almost 5.75 NBP. Almost and inch NBP in 2 months maybe I gained some lost/newbie size I am 29 this month but I seemed to be the same size before PE from when I was in my late teens/early 20’s so maybe it’s new growth and not lost size?

Anyways sorry to ramble I am just excited we are all on a path to good things I hope. Here is my routine I have since stopped doing the jelqs because I seem to be getting thicker too and I have had to adjust the bib bigger and I want mostly length I have noticed it seems thicker. I am doing one week of just stretching and see how it turns out maybe I will just jelq before bed after the last session.

Is it taking you 3 hours to reach fatigue with a tunica angle, SO, SU, OTS or are you talking about the BTC, SD for ligs? I’m fine reaching Fatigue with Lig angles just not Tunica angles.

Higher weight is needed to reach fatigue sooner with a tunica angle.

Maybe that’s were I’m going wrong then, I used the same weight as I do for btc.

You still need to start low, I would suggest you dont jump right into your “fatigue weight” when targeting tunica angles.

No I reach fatigue at the end of each of my 1 hour sessions it’s not bad fatigue but I feel it. By the time I have the next session I have not fatigue till nearing the end of that session. I have to split my 1 hour sessions by 6-8 hours after the end of previous session. I reach fatigue about the same rate for SO and SU I do not stretch BTC because it causes my penis to go numb fast. I stretch now lower angle than SD parallel with legs.

Can anyone explain all the angles or where can I get these informations?

Yea, what do all the abbreviations stand for so I can go look them up on how to do them?

I have 8-10 hours between sessions because of work. I haven’t had the the time to try and reach fatigue this week which I’m pissed off about, family visit :( But ill give it a shot again from Monday and see how it goes.

BTC= Between the cheeks
SD= Straight down
SO= Straight out
SU= Straight up
OTS= Over the shoulder

When I hang SO or even SUP I add some more weight then when I’m SD.Just play It by feel and you will be fine.

I’ve been doing the same, I added more weight than I hang BTC. It seems to be working.
