Straight Out Fatigue?
I have been hanging for a couple of months now BTC, and have frequently had the feeling of fatigue in the ligs. Today I made the switch to straight out, and was hoping someone could describe the feeling of fatigue hanging that way.
What type of feeling is it?
How long did it take you to reach?
Are you using less or more weight that hanging BTC (if you have tried both)?
I would appreciate any advice.
