Just wanted to know if any one else kept track of their exercises like I do. I maintain a spreadsheet that tracks by day how much weight I have used and how many minutes (in total) I was hanging that day. Then I accumulate the totals by month, and can look back over history to see if there is any pattern or trend I can see of what works and what doesn’t. Keeping track of pound-minutes seems to make more sense than tracking time alone or weight alone. As I have increased my tolerance for weight, the monthly totals have increased.

The reason for the post today is that my logbook total for 2003 passed 150,000 pound-minutes. Think about it. That is the same total work as if I had hung a 75 ton weight from my penis for one minute! Of course the gradual approach I actually used has the benefit of leaving my penis attached to my body <g>.

I do truly believe that bigger is better!

Well, are you keeping us in suspense? With that many hours and dedication,what have you gained? I wish I could stick to logging for longer than 2 days,congratulations on being on top of things.


I keep an Excel log also but not as in depth as you Goodness81.

It tracks all girth and length progress, different volume calculations, along with when I started using different devices, supplements, breakthroughs, unforeseen lig pops and so on.

The two things I don’t keep track of is PE routines and time involved.

That would entail too much data entry at this moment.

For days, the dead hung in the air as dust.

Not much inspiration to give right now. I started PE 2 1/2 years ago with jelquing and stretching and got great gains very quickly — went from 5.5 NBPEL to 8.1 BPEL in the first year. Then I hit the dreaded plateau — 6 months with no measureable gains. At the beginning of this year I started hanging because I wasn’t getting anywhere just jelquing. And since I am in this for the long run, I don’t measure more often than every 3 months (November 1 is my next measurement date) Previous measurements this year haven’t shown much length gain (0.1 inch or so) but my base girth has gotten much larger (over 6.0 now).

Since I believe in slow steady progress, even 1/4 inch per year would put me at 9 inches before 2007.

I do truly believe that bigger is better!
