Started over the shoulder hanging
Started over the shoulder hanging to see if I could jump start some gains. I have been at it for a couple of days and I seem to be really putting some stress on the unit and getting some fatigue but let me tell you this over the shoulder shit hurts the shoulders. Hanging down was a pleasure the biggest problem was making sure I took the bib off in 20 minutes now I sit and look at the clock praying that the time is up. Any suggestion on making it more pleasant would be helpful and has anybody been getting some big gains this way.
