Started hanging after a month but doing it wrong
Hey fellow PE’rs I’m having an issue that I need help with.
So I mainly want to do PE for some more length because I have a decent girth (5in natural and could probably hit 5.5 easily) but the only way I want to get length is through hanging.
Now the reason that I only wanna do hanging for length is simple; it seems to be the safest way to get length without having much of a chance of damaging my member.
The thing is being only 19 and living with my parents I can’t seem to be lucky enough to buy an actual hanger to keep secure somewhere that I can access easily let alone find a time where I could let the huge contraption “hang” around.
My question is can I do hanging manually? Like can I just grab and pull down and keep going for awhile? If so how long should I stretch (I know which directions). Lastly is there anything at all I should know about hanging that could benefit me , even maybe a way to build a homemade hanger because honestly the premise of me pulling on it myself and concentrating for a full hour with my busy schedule doesn’t sound appealing
