Standing Vs Sitting and head pressure
Just a small curiousity that sits on the mind - wonder if others expirience this….?
While standing hanging straight down - head pressure builds relitively quickly, to the point of having to rest every 10 minutes or so.
While sitting hanging straight down with the same weight - head pressure builds relitively slowly, and 20 minute sets are not such a problem.
And a second question - do you think there are any disadvantages to sitting as opposed to standing? Seeming the legs are in a different position…..
