What’s up Bonason,
That thought had crossed my mind. However, I haven’t used the x4 in months, so I didn’t think that would be much of an issue.

I’ve been sick for almost a week, and haven’t done PE since Monday. I think I’ll take this opportunity to take a decon break, just a short 2 week break, and go up to 5 pounds when I start again.

3 days on then 4 days off is obviously not the best routine for hanging, but I don’t think it’s impossible to gain from it. Determination is more important than a good routine (no breaks). If you just keep at it there’s a good chance you will gain, though it may take several months (1-3) and gradually increasing the weight to 10+lbs.

I agree with Piet, it may be possible to gain from this schedule. It’s worth a try if it’s the best you can manage!

When I come off my mini-break, I’m going to make an effort to wake up an hour early and hang. It will be a serious effort since I have to be at work at 5 a.m. and early rising isn’t my cup of tea. Also, I will have to be sneaky, because my wife is a light sleeper and the last thing I want to do is have her catch me with wieghts hanging from my dick.

Check out my progress thread, the last few pages I go into details about lunch time hanging.

It works out well. PARK, push the seat back, apply hanger to unit, run a strap between hanger and weight going up over the lower portion of the steering wheel (the weight is between knees) , cover up lap with a towel, turn the radio on and eat lunch. I can get two 20 minute sessions in easy.

I’m having HUGE soreness all the time on my ligs and tunica. Today I couldn’t hang more than 50mins with 5lb, just too much soreness. I’m sore even when I do ADS. It doesn’t even go away after I sleep, still little soreness at morning. It’s good kind of soreness, like my unit aches a little deep inside the skin. I’m trying to keep my unit sore every day, let’s see what happens.

Yes, I agree. A dull inner soreness is a good thing. As long as you can still get a good hard erection going.

I think I’m going to have to master that one Shunga. It’d be a great way to leave the house and still get some work done.

Sounds like it’s going to be across from an SO and SU angle.. dangling over the steering wheel like that. Maybe a SD if you drop the weight on the floor.. or an OTS if you can dangle it over the seat.

If you get good at it, you could probably do the SD thing while driving.

It’s not a DWI it’s a DWH.

I would be afraid of getting caught, or even robbed while eating my lunch. As far as driving goes, you would have a lot of explaining to do if you get in an accident. Especially if they have to cut you out of the car with the Jaws of Life. So because of my paranoia these aren’t options. I’ll just stick to waking up earlier than my wife, and getting an hour of hanging in before work.

Once you try this you will freak at how many other people are out in parking lots sitting in their cars. A lot of people use it as get away time from the office, school, whatever. If you just sit there and look natural people don’t even look over at you.

I haven’t figured out any hanging positions that work for me other than over the steering wheel. I tried straight down but the weight was laying on the floor board. A resistance band might work that you push with a foot or you could try running a strap around the brake peddle and pulling on it.

I in no way recommend this while driving. I do some manual stretching while driving sometimes but that is it.

I think the dull ache is a sign of fatigue. If I don’t have it I don’t think I have worked out enough.

Hey Shunga, how do you hide the fact that you’re trying to put something on you dick while sitting in the car? I can understand hanging in the car without anyone noticing (although it’s still dangerous, and covering yourself with a blanket has to suck in the summer.), but how do you prep without being seen?
