I am hanging BTC of about 11 lbs. After removing the bib hanger, there is some major soreness at the base of the penis on the dorsal side. Is this soreness the ligs being stretched?

Probably, unless you are stretching skin. If the skin is loose while hanging, then it is the ligs.

When I hang 3 KG(6 lbs) I feel the pain upon the penis, between the penis and the navel !! It’s that normal? (My skin is loose while hanging and my ligs seems to strech correct)

I often found soreness in my abs while hanging BTC. You can also do crunches while hanging BTC for a truly unusual and intense experience.

Not once have I ever experienced soreness in my abs. Mind you I have not been long at it.
My soreness or journey towards soreness is always directly at the base of the shaft and abdomen intersection.

I take it that as long as there is soreness there or slightly into the abdomen area around the base then I’m getting closer to the mark.

I meant to say the lower ab area. The top of the area would be about half way between my navel and the base of my penis. So you are probably close.

I assume so, since the weight being ‘crunched’ would be greater. I guess you need to work up to it doing regular crunches first, though I did not.

So Bib unless the skin is loose while hanging you’re not stretching the ligs? (Assuming BTC.)

I know you’re talking to Bib, but I here’s what I think:

Correct, for the most part. Any stretching of the skin (tightness) is taking up weight that would otherwise be pulling on the ligs.

Stretching the skin isn’t a necessarilly a bad thing, though. You’ll have to do this eventually to make gains anyway!

Spiro is correct. If the skin is really tight, then it is taking a lot of the stress and the internal structures are not getting as good of a workout as they should. But as Spiro also said, you have to stretch the skin first, and at various points along your PE journey.
