SO Pulley hang

Hi, I’m somewhat of a newbie to hanging and this is my first post. I’ve been hanging BTC with the wench for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I’ve made small gains, but I got bored with just the BTC and i decided to make a small pulley setup under my computer desk. Now normally my max for BTC is 10 lbs. But with the SO Pulley i use 10 lbs and i barely feel anything. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to or not. Should I increase the weight for my SO? Or is it supposed to feel different than the BTC? Thanks.




Why switch angles if you were making gains? Generally SO will require more weight and time get fatigue from, as a larger area is being stretched than with BTC.


SS4, thanks for the reply, I thought I might be targeting different areas if I did an SO Hang, but another reason is because its a lot easier for me to do an SO Hang under the computer with a blanket on my lap than it is to sit in a chair hanging. I live at home (19) and have a little brother and sister that don’t need to walk in on me hanging weights from my penis lol

I usually do two sets BTC which fatigues the ligs. Then I do a set SO and have found that I do not need to increase the weight as I am already fatigued.
