I had a feeling all along what RB reply from another post was true….Hang to stretch the septum. I’m so nervous after the last time about hanging. Well as we speak, I’m hanging so with my bib for the first time.

Take it easy until you’re sure you’re confident in what you are doing. Then hit it.

Monitor your head, play with your wrap and settings until you can comfortably hang 20 minute sets. Once you get things down, it’s really fucking simple, and works wonders for the septum.

Thank you Rb. I’m using a Bib Starter with the Theraband wrap. My wrapping technique is very good now. What a fucking unbelievable difference there is with the Bib. Bib you done good!
