Slight pain in dorsal thickening...

Do any of you guys get this? I have been standing and hanging SD for a week or so with 2.25KG which I didn’t think was a lot but I suppose I could have increased the weight too rapidly before i got the hours in? Its slightly painful if I pull my penis down without having warmed up, once warm it is fine. I dropped the weight back down to 1.75KG and its slightly better but still there. What should I do? Should I just stay at 1.75KG until the pain goes? I have to stress it is only a slight pain, but pain nontheless.

What kind of pain? Where is located, precisely?

I would suggest you stop with the pe for atleast 2 days and sleep with a heating pad on low or med to encourage circulation. When you do start up pe again Keep the weight low and do sets of 15 minutes at a time with 5-10 min of edging in your off time.

”Slight pain in dorsal thickening” From that I’d assume the pain is in the CS chamber, just don’t put hanger pressure on it. All of the hanger pressure needs to be on the CC chambers.

Thanks for the replies, I call it the dorsal thickening because I can’t remember what its actually called. Not everyone seems to have it, it feels like a cord running along the top from the base all the way to the head. The slight pain is at the base because this is where most of the tension from the weights would be felt right? I thought maybe it would just be a reaction that means I am targeting that specific bit? I always use infrared heat throughout my sessions so am always warm. I would describe the pain as very slightly sharp pain when I pull directly down if I am not warmed up but the pain only comes when I am at near full stretch. After holding the stretch for a bit and then repeating the pain will be gone or not noticeable. There is no pain during the hanging session but I have dropped my weight down to 1.75kg now so perhaps I just moved up too quickly.

I forgot to mention before that I am using a bib hanger so the pressure is mainly on the CC chambers I think.

There isn’t any pain if I have an erection or if I am flaccid. I can stretch in any direction without pain, its only when I stretch down which makes me think maybe the dorsal thickening is just getting stretch which is what I am trying to achieve…

The cord running through your penis is called the septum. Ligament fatigue is probably what you’re feeling when you stretch down, it’s a good thing. So long as it isn’t actually painful, people describe it more as a dull ache.

I thought it may be my ligs but they are more on sides, this is the septum as Audacia corrected for me. I actually thought it was the septum but when I googled it it didn’t come up with what I wanted, then I remembered dorsal vein/nerve etc and it feels like a thickening…I’ve had the dull ache but this was different. Anyway the pain has virtually subsided now since I dropped down weights so I’ll do another 10 or so hours at this weight and move up .5kg.

Yes, you are correct thats my bad grammar, word placement and laziness in general :-s I meant to say ” I thought it might be the ligs but these are more on the sides, the pain I am referring to is located on the septum- as Audacia corrected for me”
