How long does it intially take to stretch your skin? I was just wondering about this because supposedly you cant fully target ligs until your skin has been stretched a good amount. Is this something that takes a couple weeks? months? or up to you year?
I also have another question about the OTS. would you target the same areas of OTS if you used a pulley system hanging from the ceiling? And are you supposed to do OTS, and SO sitting or standing?
