I seen another member post this when I was looking through the forums before. It was an old post and didn’t want to bump it if I didn’t have to. So here is the basic idea:
“Take a sweat band for your wrist.
Punch a hole through the bottom and thread a carribeener through it.
Put the sweat band over your shaft and fasten it with a clamp.
Attach a weight to the carribeener.”
How would this work out?
