should your BPEL change while hanging?

I have been hanging with the penis master pro for about 4 months now. Sometimes measure 7 1/8 sometimes measure 7 3/8 . I measured two weeks ago 7 3/8 yesterday I measured 7 1/8. I went up in weight from 4 to 4.5 with 4 20 sets with 10 min breaks in between .After hanging I measured. Will it change after hanging or no? My erection quality is not as hard. Any help will be appreciated,Thanks

I’m not sure what your question is. Hanging in general is for the purpose of increasing your BPEL. As such, you will see increases from time to time. This is by design. Hopefully you’ll see gains, that’s why we do it.

A drop in Erection Quality indicates overuse of the device. You may want to scale your routine back a notch.

I have found that it does lower after hanging. But, I am not very experienced with hanging. I only did it for around 6 weeks. But directly after a session EQ did seem to drop for me. Not major but a noticeable difference typically.

Thanks for info, well appreciated ,since I started my erect length has been longer than before after waiting a day or so,but I think it was my erection quality that was throwing it off.when that happens is that considered riding the fatigue?

Riding the fatigue is something I’m unfamiliar with. I’ve seen the term a few times but I’m not qualified to make that judgement, to be honest.

My guess is that you need to nail down the process of measuring yourself. Measure yourself and then measure again in 5 minutes and do that again a few more times. If you are getting wildly different measurements it is either erection quality or you are not consistent in the way you measure.

Try measuring flaccid also. If those measurements vary every five minutes then you are definitely having an issue with the way you are measuring.

In the long run you just need to get your time in hanging. Even if the measurements are fluctuating, just keep on hanging. Like someone trying to lose weight, they need to think long term. If they are weighing themselves throughout the day. Even if there is a 3 pound difference, each time they weigh themselves throughout the day, they won’t sweat it if they are down 60 pounds overall and they have become accustomed to those fluctuations.

Thanks for the feedback,I think is was my erection quality from right after hanging.I dropped my sets back Down to two sets of 20.My erection quality was a lot better this morning I think I will keep it at two sets for awhile until I have gotten more conditioned .Thinking on getting the LG hanger and seeing how that goes ,not to far from 8 BPEL 7 3/8 now, in the beginning I was around 6 1/4 .

EQ can bounce back and forth with any PE exercise, yet I think especially hanging. The variance is to be expected. However, massive swings (downward) are strong indications of overwork and need to be heeded as feedback before injury. At the same time, EQ is not always about PE efforts. It has many variables, so a person has to rule those in/out as well. It is really about good analysis.

I have had heavy workouts followed by intensely stiff wood when masturbating later in the evening (a few hours later). Alternately, I have struggled to get hard enough on some days when I haven’t been able to PE and other factors are in play.

There is no one answer. PE = getting to know your body and unit over time. There is absolutely no substitute for it, no magic post, no item to buy. Yes, read - gain insight. But in the end, there is a massive time factor. Also, learn about overall health and what physiological elements are involved in a male erection

Thanks for the info I think I’ll take a day or two off and only do some very light sets to keep the ligs extended.And also learn how the male erection works,and the many things that can effect it.Thanks again for the info helped a lot.
