Hello my pe brethen. I recently took a 2 month break from pe. Before the break, i was hanging regularly 3 sets@20mins 15 - 17.5 lbs btc. Now that i am back i do 2 sets@20 utc(under the chin, my ots variation) and 1-2 sets@20 btc or straight down. My first day back i couldn’t get a stretch at 15 lbs so i tried 17.5 and still nothing. I ended up puting 25lbs for 10 minutes then reduced to 20 lbs just to get a stretch and fatigue. Does this mean that it will be hard to get gains or i shouldn’t be concerned about my increase in strength after a 2 month layoff?

First, what you present is totally different from anything I have ever experienced or seen reported on the boards. One of the few tenets that seemed to apply to everyone is; with a layoff, the penis became weaker, and required less work to become fatigued. This is just another example of how everyone is different and responds differently to PE.

I do not think it is any indication of the prospect for future gains. One reason for this could be that you were in a period of good fatigue before you stopped for your break.You were riding the wave. Previous stress dictated that you were not able to hang as much. Then with a long layoff, you have come back totally healed, able to handle more weight.

Though there is nothing wrong with taking a break from PE, if you were in a position of good fatigue, try to ride that fatigue as long as possible. Also, if you find within the next week or two, you are able to fatigue the tissues and have to reduce your max weight, you will probably have your answer.

Actually I stopped because I wasn’t feeling anything in my ligs after my 3 sets of btc. I went up and down in weight depending on how well my skin took the weight that day. I revised and rethought everything, reread every post on this board from the beginning to see if maybe I was doing something wrong. I watch all videos and tutorials (thanks to those who did that hard work) and even read your earlier post. I disected everything. It seemed that the more I read, the more confused I became. Since I am not a quitter and don’t know how to fail, I will keep on doing this until I reach my goals.
I think that ots position is best for me because now I get fatigue in areas that I never have before like behind the balls plus I can really feel it when I do my dld blasters. I also feel it under the pubic bone to the left and to the right, right where my pubic hairs start to grow. I think with this kind of fatigue and soreness that I am getting right now, I should see some kind of gain within 2 weeks. thanks
