Should heavy hanging have a negative, positive, or neutral impact on EQ

Depends on a lot on overall factors like penis condition, other PE routines you may be doing.

I believe it affects mine. My wife can get me up no problem. Rock hard in seconds, I have noticed its harder for me to get myself up alone fully erect. Part because of some temporary medication, and part of over working my unit.

How much weight do you hang?
How long do you warm up with hot wraps?
Do you jelq in between sessions?
How far apart are your sessions?
How long you been hanging?
Have you conditioned your unit with other forms of PE?

There are a lot of un answered questions for us to give you an accurate guesstimate, because overall everyone is different and that is the best we can do. I would say with a well conditioned unit even over 5lbs its going to effect EQ to some extent.

EQ being affected does not bother me, unless its affecting sex. As in it can’t hit 100% erection. As long as it stands tall to salute the wife I will continue my routine.

Yeah hanging is unlikely to positively impact EQ, and it shouldn’t reduce EQ to below a quality you deem necessary for day to day ‘activities’, weighing those two things against one another is how to decide what level and amount of hanging you shouild be exercising at.

I don’t know about heavy hanging (or any hanging for that matter), but for some reason ADS (12.75 oz) works wonders for my EQ. I don’t know the mechanism or reasoning behind it, but my erections are 10.5/10 when I wear ADS 2-4 hours a day.

I agree, my erections are rock hard after hanging for over a year (15 - 22 pounds). But I will say, when I first started hanging it did have a negative impact. I guess my penis was just in shock at first, but began to adjust nicely after a few months. I will also add that if you hang every single day with no days off it will have an impact, but that’s were your best gains comes from. Fatigue.

2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

Personally, I’m not sure one way or the other (hanging vs eq quality). I do find that if I don’t do light jelqs & kegels in addition to hanging, I seem to lose EQ.

It’s swing or a miss for me personally. Days where I hang in the mornings will leave me with rock hard boners in class that are hard to conceal.. Other days it’ll leave me with a limp noodle for the whole day.
