shaft lumps

I don’t know if this is a good thing or bad, for the last two days I have been noticing a couple of smoothed out lumps on my shaft after hanging. Maybe good because it looks more worked out or girthier, with no pain. Maybe bad because I’ve never noticed this before.

Where are these lumps? Could they be a result of a tight hanger, meaning are these lumps appearing where your hanger is anchored? What are their size? If painless, probably nothing but these details will help us evaluate. Later
