I keep hearing around the net that hanging causes sensativity loss and can cause permanent nerve damage, now I am just wondering if this is true and what makes the damage permanent?

I think if hanging is executed correctly, no sensitivity should be lost. But on the contrary, PE in general- I believe increases sensitivity (healthier unit). Listen to your body, if it hurts don’t do it. Although after seeing some of the strange shit that I’ve seen here, I think some PE’rs are into the pain thing.
