This is a very advanced. Not for the faint of heart nor anyone that is relatively new to pe. This is not something that anyone should try that does not have an intimate understanding and absolute feel for their penis.

I have read article after article about how erect hanging is very dangerous and is not something anyone should try. I don’t always follow the rules so I have been experimenting with semi-erect hanging. Every day that I hang s/o I watch a little bit of porn so that I can get a slight erection (20-30%) after I’ve already attached the hanger and weight. I have a very good feel for my penis and what it can take at this point and I must say the stretch feels very good. I have noticed that my erections after are .25”+ longer after I do this. I have only been trying this for 2ish months so I cannot say for sure that they are contributing to my gains, but my gains seem to be moving quickly and have been kicked into overdrive in the last, you guessed it, 2ish months. I also do a full routine around this so I cannot say for 100% that it is causing negative pi’s, but I am fairly certain it is not. I actually think it helps cause a far more intense erection afterwards.

I’m just throwing this out there to see if anyone else has experimented with this technique and if they have seen anything positive from it.

If no one does this or has tried this know that I will continue to without pushing the envelope for another 6 months to see how it goes.

Any updates?

During my time doing this I saw crazy temporary BPEL gains. After doing this successfully for awhile I ended up getting too much of an erection once which led to a stinging pain along the left side of my shaft that persisted for almost a week. Haven’t tried it since. I’m sure ill try it again down the road at some point.

It takes a crazy amount of discipline and concentration to do right, but I honestly think it could be huge for aiding in gains.

Why not just do erect stretches instead of risking major injury?
