(semi erect) hanging question

i just started using the swimcap hanging method but i have somewhat of a problem… it always seems like there is blood left in the penis! at what point is it “semi-erect”. it doesn’t feel uncomfortable or anything, im just wondering if this is safe?

With the swimcap method, it probably would not make a big difference, since that method usually only stretches skin. It does not impact the internal structures very much.

Just don’t try it fully erect where the weight pulls the erection violently down.

Skin stretching isn’t very effective. It will give you stretch marks at the base, but wont stretch your ligs very much.

Skin stretching is, however, useful if you are making room for future length gains. When I first started hanging I had to stretch my skin in order to hang comfortably.
