Hi, i tried to start again with PE with two 10 minutes-of-hanging-sessions but the old reason for my breaking up occured again:

Some loss of sensitivity, nearly numbness, over a few days!!!

After this happens i am always too afraid to go on so i had to stop PE the……4th time……

This is really shit because i have got plans and cant realize them.

Ok, I did these 2 10mins sessions, after this 10 mins of jelqing.

I did the jelqing relatively hard and after the 3rd day I thought about hanging all the time i can so i took 3 pounds (much for me) and did hanging for 6 10min-sets…..
After that a strong jelqing…..maybe that was too much.

But i want to see gains so i think starting too slow will give my penis more strength so that i will need more force etc…..
And every time this numbness comes up.

I tighten the hanger as tight as i can without pain so that ligs should be stretched. I do a warmup for 5 mins.

What can i do about this problem? It seems my penis becomes number each PEtryout…… :(

I noticed that you had sensitivity issues before PE. You described it as almost numbness. So when PEing, you find that this level of sensitivity decreases more?

I would think that you should find the reason for the decreased sensitivity that you have had before PE. Is it related to masturbation, circulation, or a nerve problem.

You have said before that you masturbate about once per day. Have you cut back on this?

Can you establish whether you have any circulation issues? When you get an erection, is it always a fully engorged erection? Or do you sometimes have softies?

Can you describe your normal sensitivity throughout the day or week, and how it changes as relates to activities? How is your sensitivity after hanging and before jelqing? Can you pinpoint the timeing of the desensitivity? How quickly does sensation return?

When hanging, with what material do you wrap? Describe how tight the wrap is. How is the color/temperature of the head? Is the numbness limited to the head, or does it extend along the shaft to the base? What kind of warmup do you do? What do you use to warmup? Five minutes is not very long, try at least 10-15 minutes before hanging, and during the first few sets.

When only hanging three pounds, you should not have to tighten very much. More important will be the tightness of the wrap.

Not during the firsts days of PE.
But then after 1 or 2 weeks there occurs a desensation, it feels more numb than before.
As you remember i have already sensitivity problems.
It seems that i have to be very careful with my member.
And i think i overdo it a bit.

I want to reach a far goal as fast as i can so i increase the workout intensity too fast i think….

Hm maybe i masturbate too fast and also too hard…. I have to rub very fast and hard to get my ejaculation.
Circulation is not very good but it seems to be ok.
I am 22 years old, when i touch my penis it feels a little bit colder than the rest of my body.

It has normal color maybe a little bit darker than my other skin.

A nerve problem…..maybe, i have used 3 different ADS systems which was fatal because i applied them for 10 hrs without a break. This could have damaged something i cant regain forever maybe :(

No, i always get fully erect except i have already masturbated the day.
But circulation could be a bit better.

Normal: It feels a bit numb, my other skin feels not this unsensitive.
Its something between normal sensitivity and a piece of plastic.
When i masturbate its sometimes no fun but a bit uncomfortable but i feel i “should” masturbate now…..sounds corious i know.
Its rare that i feel a big lust its more often a weak feeling of lust and so i go on with rubbing hard.
When i do sports it becomes colder but thats normal.
After hanging the sensitivity goes down a bit. I am using baby powder and the BibHanger, i Use blue theraband.
After jelqing when i jelqed too hard its looses a lot of sensitivity if i did it too hard.

It is a bit tighter than it would be when it would make no pressure on the skin that means its tight around the penis but it isnt very tight and cuts off the blood flow in no way.

After 10 mins my penis becomes cold and darker so i stop hanging.

I would say its even more over the whole shaft but the head is also not very sensitive. The most sensitive place i have is between shaft and glans.

I put a glass of warm-hot (but more warm than hot) water over my penis and testicles (i sit on the toilet during this).
5 minutes seems long enough for me to let my penis become completely red and makes the bloodflow very good. It lets stretch very good after Warmup. The penis becomes red but normal red not like through boiling water.

Should i warmup maybe during the sets?

sounds like some of the things I was experiencing pre-PE in general. The color, coolness, etc.

The thing is this, for some PE and hanging is great, if your “foundation” is in order to beging with. For others it can be a nightmare, and you don’t understand why things seem to be getting worse, when you hear of others great gains. So then, you work harder, or longer.

It seems you hav some of the similar circulation, sensitivity, plumbing issues. You need to deal with those first before embarking on a PE career.

If your pressent circulation system can’t effectively support the unit you have now, no sense in trying to build a bigger one until that is addressed.

Get your unit up to par, circulation-wise before starting PE again. Ulis and jelqing should do it. Especially the Ulis.

I sometimes get the feeling that jelqing brings a certain loss of sensitivity but this seems to occur because i jelq too hard.

After a session of 10minute-jelqing i have gained a third of an inch in erect lenght but my penis doesnt feel much……

I have thought and thought about this. In order to get a grasp on what you are going through, I think the first thing you need to do is to stop all PE AND masturbating for about two weeks. Only touch it when pissing.

Then, see how your sensitivity goes. If it becomes normal, try adding back the PE slowly. Check it again. If it does not become normal, go to another doc.

If your sensitivity returns to normal, then, as far as masturbating, just try once every two or three days for a while.

The first thing you need to do is return to normal. Then you can do some self tests and find out what is causing this.

I have to agree with BIB having gone through the same thing myself and bringing it up to a Doctor. I had no nerve damage .What I found helped was less masturbating and I did not jelq any longer during days I was hanging. For some people it is too much on the old unit. In your case you also mention that the unit tends to be colder.You are probably wearing your hanging device too tight I would think.If none of these suggestions help when you get back to PE then perhaps you need to cut your hang time to five minutes each set and then take a break. Make sure to restore circulation to your penis during the break time. A few slaps to the leg with it help big time.This is a pain in the ass because it takes time but if all else fails it sould allow you still hang without causing any problems. I doubt you will have to do that however because to break it down you are in my opinion doing one or all three of the below things which are the root of your problem. You could be

#1 keeping the device on too tight
#2 Jelqing to hard
or
#3 Wacking off too much

Improve on each one before concluding that you have some sort of nerve damage. Hope this helps.

If the “coldness” and the “numbness” persist, a trip to your local urologist may be in order for an ultrasound/sonogram. These tests will help detect any abnormalities in the circulation in your unit, and adjacent tissues.

It is possible that you have some form of atrophy/distrophy (similar to RENAUD’S PHENOMENA which affects the peripheral vascular system - it is partiallly hereditary, I got it from my paternal lineage), or have caused a vascular disfunction because of excessive masturbation.

About 25 years ago, (I am now 50) I had a circulatory disfunction which was a result of excessive masturbation in my teen years (I was a horny little shit). My physician had me COMPLETELY abstain from all sexual activity for a month, and do a warm wrap twice daily (I learned about the RICE SOCK from him) in order to encourage blood flow, and revascularization (I had a few moderately thrombosed DEEP vessels - no arteries thanks be to the gods).

At your age, you should not be having major circulation issues in your peripheral regions unless (1) you are a SMOKER (and that was part of the cause of mine); (2) you are more than 10% overweight (per your statistical standard), or are (3) predisposed genetically to vascular disease.

I think that if you take some of the advise offered above, add GINKO to your daily diet (stay away from yohimbe) as well as a good multi GINSENG (see GNC - good product at a moderate price) and a good MULTI-VITAMIN (I recommend PHARMACIST’S) twice a day, you will see better results in teh future.

Also, since I have started a light-weight PUMPING routine to my regimen (10 min daily split up into 2 5 min “slices” with jelking [100 strokes] between the pumping … 5mmhg on my “homemade pump - see PUMPER’s FORUM for details there), I have noticed that I am having better quality erections and have a far more vascular appearance to my shaft. No “gains” in size yet, but I am assured by AVOCET and others that it is just a metter of time.

Anyway, bro - hang (as it were) in there and just remember a lesson that I have had a real tuff time learning -IT TAKES TIME - PATIENCE and WORK!

in my case it also isnt nerve damage, i was already at a doctor who made a magnetical resonance tomography of my back and he couldnt find anything. But maybe the nerves in shaft or head are damaged because of my overdoing it and because of the ADSs. What i also could imagine that through the overdoing there was built up a scar tissue over the overstressed tissue (one time with my first ADS it was slightly bleeding, i immediately stopped and took a long break).
These scars would make my penis less sensitive.

Is there a Possibility to make scars away or lower them?

I have bought ginkgo and ginseng yesterday and have arranged a meeting at a good urologist.
He can make sonograms.

I currently abstain from masturbating and massage my penis each day a bit with vaseline to make the bloodflow better.
I apply a good lotion 3 times a day.

I am a bit overweight (?`how can i get what 10% overweight is?) this could also be a reason but its not much 88kg at 1,82m.
When i will ever start PE again then i will be very careful…

I would be very thankful about other input or the answer to the question about the scar tissue above!

Ok i was at an urolgogist, he was a bit unfriendly, didnt make a sonogram he said this wouldnt be necessary and sent me to a psychologist (correct word?).
He said the sensitivity would never come back.

I go to another one now which should make the sonogram.

I have now urea salve which possibly enhances my sensitivity……
