Seems i started too fast.....had to break up
Hi, i tried to start again with PE with two 10 minutes-of-hanging-sessions but the old reason for my breaking up occured again:
Some loss of sensitivity, nearly numbness, over a few days!!!
After this happens i am always too afraid to go on so i had to stop PE the……4th time……
This is really shit because i have got plans and cant realize them.
Ok, I did these 2 10mins sessions, after this 10 mins of jelqing.
I did the jelqing relatively hard and after the 3rd day I thought about hanging all the time i can so i took 3 pounds (much for me) and did hanging for 6 10min-sets…..
After that a strong jelqing…..maybe that was too much.
But i want to see gains so i think starting too slow will give my penis more strength so that i will need more force etc…..
And every time this numbness comes up.
I tighten the hanger as tight as i can without pain so that ligs should be stretched. I do a warmup for 5 mins.
What can i do about this problem? It seems my penis becomes number each PEtryout…… :(
Please give me some help!
