Scale up two pounds a minute in the same session

I find much easier to start a session with low weight, like four or five pounds, and increase one or two pounds every minute until I reach twenty or more pounds. When I start the second session I can start with eighth or nine pounds and scale up every two minutes to twenty or twenty two pounds, then scale down until the session is over, the third session starts with twelve or more pounds. I do not feel the skin stretch in this way, as it stretches very progressively and I am able, in the last sessions, to steadily keep a heavy weight (15-18 pounds) for 15 minutes in a row. My goal is becoming able to do six uninterrupted 20 min. sessions with 22 pounds. What do you guys think about this way of going about?

I’m sure you can do it eventually if it’s what you really want to do. But why make it your goal to hang 22 pounds? Really.

I hang as much as needed to fatigue the tissues I’m targeting; then lower the weight and ride the fatigue for either the time available, or until my dick needs rest or until I can’t stand half my current max weight. My goal with hanging weights from my dick is to make BPEL gains; not to hang a specific weight.

Upping the weight in a session is standard procedure as well for me, BTW; but I go from a few pounds to max within a minute or less. It’s simply my preferred way of getting a good attachment.


I started in November 2005 after years of pumping. I use a home made captain’s wench, which kind of does the job. I am sure a BIB would work better but it is not as easy to get or make one. The reason I want to get to heavy weights is that after years of pumping I got a fairly good girth, slightly less than 6’ and as I am also uncut, I encountered a whole set of trouble attaching the motherfucking hanger on. I wrap as suggested but with my foreskin over the glans. By using this method in the first set I have achieved a much greater comfort in the second set, when I hang 15 pounds for 15 min. I hope that progressively I’ll get to use a weight good enough to produce length gains, so far I only got some extra foreskin, but I think I have improved the attachment and that the skin is no longer the only part of my penis to sustain the weight. If I knew what weight I should use and for how many sessions to get results, I would stop scaling up, but I don’t.
