Routine Poll
I started at around 5.5el and 6bpel
Now i’m 6-6.25el and 7bpel
I believe this is the first jump…followed by a platue in order to stretch all ligaments equally.
I have a question and everyone for poll purpose answer with results…
Do You:
A. btc hang & ots in the same day
-or-
B. btc hang one day, then ots the next
I believe alternating days can maximize efforts…for these reasons
you stretch as much as possible for btc…then the next day since btc is stretched you can go even further with ots, and as you go along it sort of cements itself for goin to the next step. Maybe i’m crazy..or not making sense
Somone straigten me out and/or add to this
