I’ve been reading up on PE for a year or so. Have been doing the basic routine of stretching an jelqing for around 5 months, and just purchases a redi-stretcher and have completed my first 5 days of hanging. Used 5lbs for 2 20 minute sessions. I tried using the captain’s wench but I suck at wrapping, and the redi-stretcher works great. No pain, easy to put on. And I feel a pull right below my gut, right behind the fat pad which I’m assuming is ligaments.
I’d like to set up a routine using hanging, jelqing, and the AutoADS.
I just want to make sure I’m not using too much volume.
I work night shift at a hotel so I have plenty of downtime and don’t deal with many customers, so wearing an ADS device won’t be a huge deal. I actually sneak off to one of the rooms and watch some TV while doing my hanging sessions. It’s pretty convenient.
Currently at 6x5. Goal is 8x6.
