I’m a vacuum hanger. I have hung both with the Bib and a Vac hanger. I experienced the most success with the Vac, but also have experienced the dreaded blisters. This is in general what made me start thinking of different routines, as I would like to keep hanging with the vac, but without the blisters.
When hanging, I know we really would like to get in at least 10 hours a week. I have been doing about 10 to 14. Basically about 2 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week. I didn’t see any erect length gains until a added in some wet jelqs. The problem with this is that my EQ goes to shit when I add in the jelqs. It seems as tho my penis just cant handle doing both, and I was only doing about 30 moderate jelqs.
What I’m wondering is, if I went to a 4 day hanging schedule…hanging every other day, but adding a half an hour to my hang time, would this slow down gains? I would still get in 10 hours a week, but it would allow my glans to recuperate a little by giving it a day in between without a vac sucking on it. Then on top of that, I’m thinking on my off days, I could add a routine of jelqs. So I would hang one day, then jelq the next day. I’m wondering if this would help EQ by not doing both hanging and jelqing on the same day, yet help gains too.
Whats your take on this? Has anyone tried a routine like this before?
