Roughly how long to gain an inch?

After a very long break from PE I decided to get back into it and bought a Bib starter.

This is the first time I’ve ever done hanging so I’m pretty clueless about it.

I’m curious how long it takes to get an inch of length considering one is consistent with it.

I also really need some base girth and if I happen to gain there to as a side affect of hanging, I’d be pretty happy.

Current 6.2 BPEL x 4.60 EG

Somewhere between 1 day and 50 years.

Regarding base girth, you’re in luck: that does indeed happen quite often.

It took me about six months to get 3/8” from hanging.

I had already gained an inch prior to that From stretching.

I recently took an extended break and lost my hanging gains, which are slowly returning.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Took me about 9 months extending

So I guess it will at least take more than six months?

Current 6.2 BPEL x 4.60 EG

2 years on average.

I think maybe 12 months on average.

Consistency is great but there is a difference between consistent hanging 1 set a day and hanging 10 sets a day.
The amount of time you dedicate to it will be one factor in how long it takes you to gain.

I don’t have my original records from over 17 years ago, but I grew 1.25” in four months. I would guess I reached 1” at about three months. Total hang time was 140 hours, maximum weight six pounds. FWIW I no longer recommend hanging, for reasons stated elsewhere.

Damn, 1.25” in four months and you never used more than 6 pounds?!

That would pretty much encourage everybody to hang.

It all depends on your attitude. Dedication and consistency is the key to this, so how bad do you want this?

Yeah, and ironic that I don’t recommend hanging these days.

More than I wanted it when I first signed up. Which crazily enough was 10 years ago. A lot has changed in my life since then and now I actually have a reason to want a bigger dick.

So yes, I’m planning on being more consistent.

I did a simple test: before and after BPFSL. I found that long, hard stretches leave me with a shorter BPFSL, so I steered away from then. Then I got the bright idea that this testing might serve to pinpoint the optimum amount of weight to hang. I didn’t test extensively, but my preliminary finding was that hanging any amount of weight left me shortly immediately afterward, which surprised me.

I stopped hanging a hell of a lot long ago. I got injured and it scared the hell out of me. Many here hang and they are okay with it.

I clamp and many here do not like the preasure and force. I liked it it, but some do not. Becareful when PEing, all this stuff can be

dangerous.
