Hey guys has anybody had a problem with rotation during hanging? Every time I hang (w/ the bib starter) my penis rotates to one side or the other.

I can’t seem to find any solution.I’ve tried everything (adjusting the screws, trying different places along the shaft, putting the shaft as low as possible in the well, etc.) but nothing seems to work.

Any help?

Have you tried wrapping slightly over the head? The threads Marinera links to should cover that.

A little bit of twisting is inevitable and not a big deal. Overall I think guys worry too much about minor problems when hanging. As long as you aren’t suddenly increasing weight dramatically or doing over-long sets (e.g., over 20-25 minutes), I can’t really see anything truly catastrophic happening while hanging. Decreased erection quality and increased numbness can happen if you do too much, too soon, but taking time off cures those pretty easily. I personally don’t think hanging is nearly as dangerous as intense girth exercises involving erections, like clamping or manual squeezes/bends.

I’ll second that.about the dangers of hanging compared to the others.. Hanging if done with common sense and patience seems to me much more consistent and thereby “safer”.

Just this morning, after a great hanging session last night and after wearing the autoXtender all night long with moderate tension (very comfortable I might ad and doesn’t hurt at all to lay right on top of it). Anyway, this morning I did a bathmate session (a hydro pump) because I didn’t get one in last night..

Well, I just did my regular time and regular pressure (get to 160 mm inside the bathmate tube) and I came out bruised.you could see I had damaged quite a few small capillaries.. Nothing major (I’ve done it before and it is healed in about 24 hours).. But still. It makes my point.

Hanging is just easier and safer and I’m finding after a week and a half of hanging at 10 lbs.for 20 minutes 4 sessions 7 days a week that it hurts less too!! (Except when I try to go really far BTC) that feels like it will rip my skin.

How about an update, have you fixed your twisting issue? Did you find anything in the links from Marinera that helped? I have been hanging for about 5 months now and recently have gotten serious with contending with this very same issue. I’m finally making some headway [or head straightening] on this problem.

I seem to have hit the trifecta of a hangers nightmare with the lil guy. I’m oval shaped, tapered, I started out PE with a turkey neck, and my bottom chamber is underdeveloped, oh wait, that’s the superfecta. Or the SUPERFUCKTA!

Anyway it’s been quite frustrating and tons of trial and error, but I’m getting there. I would be glad to share more if anyone wants some specifics.

Thanks for the links Marinera, I hadn’t seen all of those. Interestingly my own thought processes brought me to trying to rig my Bib starter in a similar manner as one of the links. I ditched the hinge for awhile and went to an all thread setup. I scrapped that though, too much work getting it on, and I still twisted just as badly sometimes!

Goomba I’m glad to hear you say “a little bit of twisting is inevitable”! I don’t have it perfect yet but I don’t want to obsess over it either, I mean it never stopped me from doing sets anyway. Also my hanger isn’t even close to perfect, the ribs are different on each side. So it’s nice knowing I’m not the only one with a little twisting. Nice pic by the way. I had a friend with a Shepard that had that trick down, and if he missed and dropped it, the dog knew he couldn’t eat it of the ground. Didn’t even bother to beg for it. Hmmm, must be how he got so good at it.
