I did a search but could only find threads about how to stop from twisting while hanging, not purposely doing it.

I recently read a thread on twisting your unit 180 degrees while stretching, so I tried to twist 90 degrees while

Hanging and it felt fine. Anyone like to comment on this.good idea? Bad idea? Success with it or whatever.

Probably its the same principle as the bundled A stretch. Your are applying two directional forces together to compound the force on the ligs.

I don’t hang like that often (5% of the time) only to mix it up. For the most part hanging gains are directly related to time spent hanging (probably 75-80%) versus position (20-20%).

I tried twisting today during my hanging routine for the first time. It seemed to grant a bit more of a stretch, much like stretching any muscle of the body. That being said, I would imagine the risk for injury is a bit greater too.

Today I do what you will not so tomorrow I am able to do what you can not.

Yes, my guess would be greater likely-hood of injury. Best to work into it.

Agreed, my training has been extensive and is some what different than 99% of the people hanging on this board. I’ve at this close to 10 years and as such have conditioned myself to much greater stress than practically everyone else.

The analogy would be running a marathon you don’t just go out and do it, you gradually and systematically work your way up to it. Then when you finally do it you are conditioned at a much higher level. From here you can maintain this level , fall back or move to the next level.

People need to understand clearing that hanging weight from your dick is /can be dangerous to your well being.If you decide to push the envelope there can be great risk involved. And just when you think your dick is made out of Teflon your body might remind you other wise.

Rotating sounds dangerous—

Personally I would at least go a year solid with consistent PEing before i attempted anything strange or experimental—-and if you’re already getting results, there’s no need to take big risks.

I dug up this old thread because this morning while hanging I twisted and held my penis at 90 to 180 degrees from center for short periods of time. The stretch felt amazing. Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this, too.
