Rice Sock Duct Tape Fulcrum...any Gains?

Rice Sock Duct Tape Fulcrum...any Gains?

Hi, I was just curious if anyone had ever really given Bib’s RSDT fulcrum idea a real go…I know he’s a big advocate of it for tunica stretch. I built one a while back but couldn’t get into it. He was so impassioned…just curious if anyone here might be using it in part of their routine…and, if so, how the gains have been.

Yes Bubba,

I am using it along with about 10% sets of SD. I have gained about 1/4” FSL in a month and a half. It took me a bit of time to get used to it. Key is go light to get adjusted and work up. As fulcrums work, less weight is required to provide approapiate stress.

Ligs should be already addressed with BTC if needed. Tests for this are the LOT and Palpitation tests to determine if you are ready for the fulcrum. If your ligs are not long enough, it will take away from the stresses intended solely for the tunica. Be sure to explore the concept of Conquer and Divide as well as what fatigue
really is. It is my personal opinion that many hard gainers gain slowly if not at all due to riding just under the threshold of fatigue which strengthen the tissues instead of creating microtears needed for growth which works against personal success.

When building your fulcrum, don’t expect first build to be just right for you. It took me at least 3 times to get mine right. It should be a bit of a challenge to get your self placed over the entire top of the fulcrum.

Good Luck

Hey Manzwa, thanks for your reply. Yeah, I have hung BTC for a solid two years now (up to 30lbs). I have used the starter, the hardcore, and the regular. I swear to god, I am all BTC’d out. I’m not gaining anymore and, re: those tests, I have a very low exit point. Bib told me to give the RSDT a go…and I tried it once…but I couldn’t get the body position right. By having my butt back on the seat and leaning forward for computer work, it hurts my back.

So I think I’m gonna build a little wood extension from the chair, that way I will be able to sit on the edge of the seat with upright posture. I have 80 minutes a day to devote and need it to be comfortable in order for me to stay consistent. I guess I will take your advice and try and construct a new one. I’m glad to hear that you gained. I measure FSL only so it means more to me that you gained in that regard.

Thanks again. I’ll let you know how my setup goes.

Not sure I understand how your sitting with yours, sounds not exactly right. I sit back in my chair far enough to spread my legs and hold myself up while laying the fulcrum in place. I also use a small cloth to allow for sliding or not sticking to the fulcrum. Basically I sit in the chair normal except I sit all the way back on the chair to have room for the fulcrum. Not familiar with any special sitting posture and don’t think any is required. Go light to become familiar with the setup. I would not even concern yourself with getting a good stretch until you feel comfortable. Your right, if you have gained all you can by BTC, then your ready to move towards tunica stretching. No more gains with a BTC is a good indicator of having maximized your gains on the ligs.

Good luck

bubba,

How were your gains in BTC position? Did your exit point change along the way?

I have been doing this angle/method for about 3 weeks now and am keeping stats. I will try and post them on here after a months work at it. I have noticed some good visual gains, but have not measured for fear of disappointment at this early stage. I am also wearing PEweights when not hanging just to try and stay in the extended state during the healing process. Give me about two more weeks and I’ll post the results, and try to post my stats(this may take some time to post, very detailed and cannot attach).

What weight are you using?

If you mean what weight as in how much weight, that flucuates by how long I determine I’m going to wear the weights for. If I’m going to be at work for at least 5 hours, then I wear only 3 weights. If I am at home hanging out, then I try at least 4 or 5 weights.

If you mean what weight as in WHAT weight, they are PEweights. www.PEweights.com . They are Monty’s addition to the PE journey.

Hey Rushmore, sorry it took me so long to get back. Forgot about this thread! Honestly, about your questions, I have been a terrible measurer, especially in the beginning, but I have been hanging for about 2.5 years, post lig release surgery.

I only measure FSL and I think I have gained around 1.25-1.5 inches. I hang 30lbs now, started at 5lbs. My exit point is very low but I don’t know what it was before. Never checked it. BTW, in 2.5 years, somewhere around 875 days, I have probably missed a total of 20-30 days.

Cool man, I would love to hear how your results are coming. RSDT is an uncharted territory, or at least unreported territory, so it would be great to hear your impression of the method and how effective it is.

Look in the PEweights video thread. I have attached my routine there.

Is there a good pic of a fulcrum and please not the one on the bib site. Also what kind of gains have guys been getting. I’ve been hanging rsdt for about a month but I really don’t know what I should be feeling or is it working. I Hung btc up to 40 lbs. I loved it. I wanted to start a new thread but it wouldn’t let me. Could someone post a rsdt gain thread. And maybe some pics

Hi Atlyroc, what where your gains from BTC and how long did you do it? I never went through with RSDT, couldn’t get used to it. Still doing BTC.

The RSDT to me is just another way to divide up the penis piece by piece and deform it. However, instead of pulling on different attachment points and the tunica at a straight angle, the RSDT is bending and deforming the septum of the tunica (the piece running between the 3 chambers) with double-fulcrum action.

The septum is often very hard to target let alone include in a straight angle stretch like OTS or SO, however it is often what holds guys back from gaining at these angles because it is just too tough to budge. That’s where some guys “hit a wall” at an angle and increase weight but don’t see gains or feel fatigue. The septum in particular would be so good at resisting any weight you add to the hanger that it’d make hanging at that angle less effective.

Much like it’s smart to BTC hang to get ligs out of the way before working on the tunica, it helps to budge the septum after some tunica gains are realized to realize more.

I’m currently hanging only RSDT and OTS with a fulcrum on a dedicated basis. There’s no real consensus on whether it’s better to do these angles on their own or to combine it with a tunica-stretching straight angle like OTS, simply because as mentioned before it’s highly uncharted territory.

Hanging in general I think is pretty new, but like BIB always says divide and conquer. That makes the most sense. In other words, work on one angle and one part of the penis at a time on a dedicated basis because it’ll be easier and take less time to deform it ALL than if you just go kamikaze and hang random angles all the time trying to deform the whole thing at once.
