Review my Routine

I’m not new to PE by any means but this last month I’ve decided to dedicate more time to it.. I basically did the newbie routine over again to get myself prepared and my current routine is as follows:

10 Min Rice Sock

4 Sets Hanging x 20min (Using a homemade Bib, my Bib Starter is in the mail).. Planning on taking up the weight apx 1 lb per week. 10 minutes rice sock and light massage in between sets.

Pumping (now up to two sets.. Following Avocets pumping 101 thread.) I prefer to pump smaller amounts of time to monitor my penis more closely so while he suggests doing one 15 minute set at this point in my routine, I am instead doing a 10 minute and then a 5 minute. I also take 10 minutes in between pumping sets to restore blood flow, light jelling and rice sock.

300 Jelqs.. Slow.

I then wrap around the base of my shaft and my testicles with an armband (I’ve heard most people have used wrist wraps) to keep a nice amount of blood flow in the penis during the day. This also helps with my testicle hand. I also have my ADS I just bought which I’ll go back and forth with as well to try and keep from turtling etc etc..

I know its all a matter of trying it out and seeing how I respond, which is what I’m doing.. But any comments or feedback would be great!

My goal, btw.. Is to achieve 8x6 and improve the size of my glans and the shaft near the glans.

And do you see any gains yet ?

You have to make a choice between hanging and pumping.

Haven’t been doing it long at all, just starting.

Marinera: I’ve heard of people pumping after hanging, I’m planning on putting more focus on the hanging portion of my routine and keeping the pumping light. I’ve been pumping at 5psi. If anything don’t you think it helps to keep you from turtling after hanging?

Turtling is not a problem. I’ve read also of people doing both hanging and pumping, can’t remember anyone reporting gains from it.

Ok, thats fair. Like I said, this is why I am asking people to review the routine.

Would anyone else concur pumping after hanging doesn’t lead to gains?

Or have some of you gotten gains while doing both?

I think you’d get more replies if the thread was moved either in the hangers or pumping forum; for now I have moved it in the main forum since pumping and hanging are not for newbies.

What kind of ADS have you bought and use?

Hanging and then ADS after sets is a good combo. But I have read some made great result from a pumping routine then ADS after.. or vice verca.

Like marinera said I think you must choose one day to do hanging or pumping. Becouse hanging take a lot of time and pumping also.. but if you can find a good combo routine that works with hanging/ ADS / pumping I wish you luck.

Hey Monochrome. It’s a simple silicone sleeve with a leg strap I found on E-Bay, $35 with shipping.

Where did you get most of your gains monochrome? Your length gains alone are superb.

I definitely want to add length so hanging is a must, but the pumping is so much fun haha. Maybe I’ll just have to hold off. Which is why intense hanging combined with a light pumping routine was what I sought out to do.

Believe it or not my PE routine as it stands currently lasts about 2 1/2 hours. Mind you A LOT of that is time between sets.

I feel like it might be counter productive to hang one day and pump another. I don’t know.

I’d love to get some more insight from moderators and people who have a little more experience

There are two points why I think pumping+hanging is not the best choice. First, if you want to stretch your penis you want the lower possible amount of blood inside your penis. Second, as Monchrome said, hanging requires a lot of time; since there is a pause between sets, the time under tension is about 70% of the total time spent, so instead than something else I would do more hanging sets; jelqing after hanging is fine though; a short pumping set after your hanging routine at low pressure wouldn’t be a problem either.

The kind of hanger you are using has its weight also, clamping style hangers + pumping are no-no IMHO; you could do better with vac-style hangers, but still sub-optimal I guess.

Yes, I know pumping is very fun and pleasurable :-)
I have got my lenght gains from stretching I think.. before when I worked for lenght 100% I stretched whenever I got the chance.. and well, that happened quite often :D
And then I traction wrappen everytime after I stretched and after my routine and it happened that I wrapped over night as well.
Then I have pumped a lot, both air pumping & bathmate.. it was hard work and PE at that time took much time but I gained a lot too and was worth it :-)
I still gain but not that fast but I don’t put that much time anymore and my routine is complete different these days.

I also have a ADS like yours that I also bought from eBay but I can just wear it max 2 hours before my head want fresh air and the look after isn’t that nice.. so I ordered anaADS called TLC ventless tugger and it’s the best ADS I have tried ever. I for many hours without any issues and problems after I take it off. My head look so healty after use, shine and healthy :-)

If you want to make success with ADS the trick is to wear it for many hours.. that’s why it is named “all day stretching” :-)

But don’t push yourself if your body fights back!

Listen to your fella what it needs :-)

Marinera: I understand your point. I’ve also heard of people getting length gains from pumping as well which is why I bought the pump, it seemed like a good all around penis enlargement technique. Like I said, right now I’m doing a 10 minute pumping set with 5psi and then a 5 minute. If the more experienced people here, such as yourself, feel it would be counterproductive though I will halt my pumping for the time being.

Monochrome: Can you please tell me a bit about your traction wrapping? What did you use? How did you do it? Immediately after stretching?

Where did you get the TLC ventless tugger?

Still hoping some more experienced PE’rs chime in. Bib? Any thoughts on pumping with hanging?
