Return to Old Routine?

Hey I have decided to take a breather for a little bit to let my dick get really healthy again but it seems like it’s not hanging as long. I want to get back on my hanging routine but I feel like I should wait. But I get morning wood and no problem getting erections so do you think I’m good to go again. Thanks

For me every time I take a break, it takes time to build up my conditioning again. I think the skin especially takes time to tolerate the weight and sets that I used to do.

I honestly don’t know if you are good to go again. You have to listen to your own body. I would just advise to build up slowly to your old routine and see what kind of feedback your body is giving you. There is no rush.

Hey I started wrapping it in an elongated state after hanging. Is that a good idea ? I like how it stays in a stretched state but I don’t like how it is compressing on the shaft kinda.

I don’t think it will hurt. I am also curious about keeping things in an elongated state after hanging. People definitely have gained without doing it but it is hard to know if they would have gained more by being wrapped.

You might try experimenting with the wrap and seeing if you can loosen it so it doesn’t compress on the shaft.

I don’t have much experience with with post hang wrapping.
