Return to hanging

After 4 1/2 months of no hanging I have started back today.

By October 2001 I had gradually worked up to 6kg (13.2lbs) doing 2-4 sets depending on time.

Well, this morning, first day back. tried 4 kg…too heavy and eventually went down to 2kg. Felt a tremendous pullwhere the shaft meets body,and all over the penis between the base and the hanger. Actually I ould only do 2 sets of 15 min, and I didn’t want to push. The workout felt good, but goes to show what the break has done.
