I normally hang for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. This past week I had a lot of extra time and doubled that for two days straight. So I did 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The result…retraction. Usually when I am done hanging for the day my BPFSL is about an 8TH of an inch longer than normal. However, after doing this, my post hang session was a little more than a quarter if an inch less than normal. Does this mean I just over did it? I do double up once or twice a week, but I have never done it on back to back days like that. Is this too much, or should I just ride the fatigue?


Oh also…something I just thought of. I just recently started to jelq again. So for the last week I have been doing 50 wet jelqs a day, 2 days on, 1 day off.

Yes I do cool down. My routine has been a basic hanging routine. I hang 2hrs a day, 6 days a week, using heat throughout. This last week I just started including 50 wet jelqs, 2 days on, 1 day off. I’m thinking this may be my problem as my EQ has gone to shit. I was having tremendous success up until now. So I don’t know if I should just cut back on the jelqs, or stop doing them all together.
