Hi guys, I’m back.
I started PE (hanging (BIB, vac), clamping in 01/2005 with PBEL of 6,5 and MSEG of 4,7. Until 08/2008 I had reached 7,5 / 5,2, my goal was, of course 8 x 6, but my growth had leveled off and I started to lose interest in PE, just continued a maintenance routine with Pumping. As of now (12/2017). Over last last almost 10 years my gains have about halved (7/5).
So I would like to start working out again, wondering what routine you might recommend.
