Hi guys, I’m back.

I started PE (hanging (BIB, vac), clamping in 01/2005 with PBEL of 6,5 and MSEG of 4,7. Until 08/2008 I had reached 7,5 / 5,2, my goal was, of course 8 x 6, but my growth had leveled off and I started to lose interest in PE, just continued a maintenance routine with Pumping. As of now (12/2017). Over last last almost 10 years my gains have about halved (7/5).

So I would like to start working out again, wondering what routine you might recommend.

Depending on the extent of your routine prior to restarting PE. I would head back to the newbie routine to prepare the unit for the work that lies ahead.

Incorporate heat into your routine especially prior to your session and at the end.

I was thinking earlier about good guys (and girls) we’ve lost over the years and you came up in my thoughts. I’d start with a basic stretch and jelq routine for a while, then just use common sense and experience, both of which you have, to expand the routine.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Sure.

I started PE in 2005 with a traction device, and after some moderate gains I switched to hanging. I proceeded in a totally subjective way, hanging in all possible angles and quickly increased the weight. At the same time, I added clamping and pumping and switched to vac hanging with the typical problems (blisters, permanent discoloration).

I believe that this unsystematic approach was responsible that I gained only 1” in length and 0.5” in mid schaft girth. My major gains where at the base (over 1”).

My sex life was incredible at that time and my gains had levelled off, so I quit in 2008.

Now I just started hanging straight down (attacking the ligaments) with just 5 pounds planning to increase the weight slowly over time and maintaining the angle until the gains will eventually stop. After that I will change to straight up and continue a straight down maintainance routine. At this time I want to follow Blink 2000’s hanging 101.

However, his post is not quite recent and I am wonderingwhether newconceptshavecome up since.

Sounds very similar to me except I’m still chasing 1/2-1 inch length

The reason I started hanging in different angles was that I believed at the time that the tissues Ligaments, tunica) would be getting stronger if I left them enough using the incremental technique at the same angle always.

I still don’t now, and i am wondering if anybody does.

I dont know but that theory makes sense. Without a before and after scan or mri of penis it’s impossible to say definitely what is happening.

King, how do you know that I am a radiologist (specialized in MRI)?

Also I must admit that I lost faith in PE theory. Now, I’ll just stick to the basic recommendations should I not find significant arguments for an alternative approach.

Haha! No shit?! I’ve had so many mri’s and seen so many of my wife’s sonograms I think I’m getting pretty good at reading scans. Lol

Yes it seems all we can do is put PE theories to the test and see what each individual comes up with.

I hope to start hanging again tomorrow at least a couple sets anyway.

King, what is your Routine? And waht did you you do in the past? Progress?
