Rest?
Hi guys, I may start hanging soon. I would like some help though.
1. Should I take any days rest from hanging? 5 on 2?
I already have my routine of:
10 min HW (Hot Wrap)
15 min Manual Stretching
20 min Jelqing
2 min HW
3*15 JAI
5 min HW
2. Should I totally skip that routine when hanging? Or could I keep doing it same time as I hang? Any part I should skip?
Currently at 5.5 EP.
